We are looking for dedicated nurses to provide patient support services from the comfort of your home. This role requires residency in Colorado and the flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities
• Serve as a consistent resource throughout the continuum of program services, identifying barriers to therapy and helping patients understand and navigate them.
• Act as an educator with knowledge and practical experience about clinical treatments, emotional and financial implications of new diagnoses, and living with chronic or life?threatening conditions.
• Enable patients by providing information and education about:
• Prescribed therapy and treatment courses, balanced with benefits and side effects per manufacturer product information.
• Proper administration and dosing of prescribed therapy.
• Insurance coverage benefits, anticipated out?of?pocket costs, and resources for financial assistance.
• Stress management support related to diagnosis.
• Triaging patients to support for other non?program needs such as social or intervention programs.
• Report adverse events or product complaints in accordance with SOP and good manufacturer practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Personal Attributes
• Clinical nursing experience with competence in educating patients with new or chronic conditions.
• Knowledge of relevant disease states, therapy protocols, and prescribing algorithms.
• General computer skills and adaptability to changing work assignments.

Requirements
• Active RN licensure in the current state of practice.
• 2?3 years of nursing experience; relevant disease state experience preferred.
• Experience in nurseline triage, call center utilization management, or case management is a plus.
• Case management or clinical trial nurse experience is a plus.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Remote work eligibility subject to all work?from?home criteria and business need.
• Located in Jeffersonville, IN or permissible remote role with toll reimbursement.
Physical Demands & Work Environment
• Regular talk/ hearing; frequent sitting; typing 35 WPM with 97% accuracy.
• Inbound and outbound phone call handling.
• Travel flexibility preferred.
• Operating hours between 8?am and 11?pm, Monday?Friday, rotating schedule.
• Professional office environment with standard equipment.
• Minimum 6?month commitment before lateral or promotion opportunities.
