Your Role In Patient Care
You will directly interact with patients to guarantee they receive safe, comfortable, and effective dialysis treatment. Key responsibilities include thorough physical assessments before and after treatments, constant monitoring during sessions, and ensuring optimal renal health by regularly reviewing patient medication profiles and administering medications as prescribed.
Collaboration and Teamwork
As a crucial part of an interdisciplinary team, you will engage in comprehensive patient assessment and care planning activities. You will also help maintain required staffing levels, aligning with state regulations and the directives of the Administrator.
Commitment to Safety and Quality
Under the supervision of a Charge Nurse, you'll adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and legal regulations. Your participation in staff meetings and continuing education initiatives will help uphold high standards of care.
What We Seek
• Current nursing license in the applicable state.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• One or more years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous experience in dialysis nursing preferred.
