The Charge Nurse provides clinical and administrative leadership for the nursing team in the outpatient mental health clinic. This role ensures safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for staff. The Charge Nurse reports directly to the Director of Nursing and acts as a liaison between nursing staff, providers, and administrative personnel. Process and coordinate provider transfer requests in collaboration with clinical leadership.Assist with onboarding and training of new team members, as well as ensure training and support are provided as needed to the team.Facilitate management of the Spravato ClinicAttends and runs meetings as scheduled and provides monthly support to the nursing team through scheduled check ins.Assists with monitoring Quality Measures and PSYCKES implementation and reporting;Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
