As a Resource RN, you will provide diverse professional nursing services, delivering quality patient care, regulatory requirements, and nursing scope of practice.
You are responsible for collaboratively developing, implementing, and assessing patient care plans.

Every day you will directly engage in patient care, utilizing critical thinking to assess, plan, coordinate, and delegate tasks to the patient care team.
You will continuously educate patients, families, and staff, implementing interventions for optimal outcomes and managing issues in a physician's absence.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate accountability for care quality, with authority to direct care and utilize resources efficiently, including comprehensive perioperative care for surgical patients.

Required:
• Graduation from an accredited/approved school of nursing, upon hire
• Registered Nurse:
KY, upon hire and
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 90 Days and
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program, within 90 Days
