WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT • Minimum Start Pay $34.00 (Plus Resource Pay) • Professional Development Opportunities • Faith-based, Mission-focused Organization • Typical patient ratios of 1:5 (depending on dept and acuity) • We have a .6 Days shift available with alternating weekends / holiday rotation (regional travel to Lafayette, Rensselaer and Crawfordsville Campuses) • 12 Hour Shifts (6pm-6:30am) QUALIFICATIONS • Required Associate's Degree Nursing/Patient Care • Preferred Bachelor's Degree Nursing/Patient Care • 2 Years of RN acute care - Required • Registered Nurse (RN) - State Licensing Board in state of practice • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit • Unit Specific Certifications - Franciscan Alliance Required if required by unit • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - American Heart Association Required if required by unit • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) - The American Academy of Pediatrics Required if required by unit TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Up to 20% EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER It is the policy of Franciscan Alliance to provide equal employment to its employees and qualified applicants for employment as otherwise required by an applicable local, state or Federal law.
