Job Description Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) Job Summary Per Diem Registered Nurse position to provide patient care and support at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Arlington West. Key Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care according to established policies and procedures. • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. • Monitor and record patient vital signs and symptoms. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. • Document patient care accurately and completely. • Maintain a safe and clean working environment. • Adhere to all facility policies and procedures. Required Qualifications • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of MD. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Skills & Competencies • Clinical skills in patient assessment and care. • Medication administration knowledge. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).
