Dayshift, 12-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.
Job Description
The RN in the Behavioral Health Unit will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to patients in a behavioral health setting. Preference will be given to candidates who can commit to a full schedule through the end of January and into the first week of February, with a start date of January 17th.
Responsibilities
• Provide patient assessments and individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Document patient progress and interventions
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and resources
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Active nursing license verification
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccinations or attestation
• Personal Health History items including COVID-19 Vaccine, Influenza Vaccine, and TB Test documentation
• Driver’s License or State ID
• Successful completion of required training and competency exams
