Registered Nurse – Dementia Specialty Location Athens, TN Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Shift: 07:00 – 19:00 Job Description We are seeking a Registered Nurse with demonstrated experience in caring for dementia patients. This role entails providing specialized care for geriatric patients experiencing behavioral disturbances associated with dementia. Responsibilities • Provide compassionate nursing care to patients with dementia. • Monitor patient conditions and report changes as necessary. • Collaborate with a healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Medhost. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Must have at least 1 year of experience working with dementia patients. • Current RN license to practice in Tennessee. • BLS certification required. • HWC certification preferred.
