Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. The RN will utilize the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and education for patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team is essential, as is participation in resolving variances from patient goals.

Schedule

This position requires a commitment to a 12-hour shift from 7 PM to 7:30 AM for three shifts per week.

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on assessment and care planning.
• Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient needs and progress.
• Engage in problem-solving to address variances from patient goals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Clinical knowledge and analytical skills necessary for effective nursing care plans.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required.
