The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare organization in Helena, Montana to find a skilled RN – Behavioral Health (Days) The RN – Behavioral Health provides comprehensive nursing care in a therapeutic environment, supporting the organization’s mission to deliver exceptional patient care. This role includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering and educating on mental health medications, and ensuring a safe, supportive milieu. The RN also mentors less experienced staff and communicates closely with the care team regarding patient status and treatment outcomes. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care Administer mental health medications safely and provide patient education Support a safe and therapeutic environment for patients Mentor and guide newer or less experienced nurses Communicate changes in patient condition to the healthcare team Qualifications Current Montana RN license and BLS certification required Graduate of an accredited nursing program; 1–3 years RN experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and empathy skills Ability to multitask and respond effectively in challenging situations PandoLogic.
