Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide care on our Inpatient Adolescent Psych unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care for adolescent patients experiencing mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adolescent patients in a psychiatric setting.
• Participate in patient assessments, plan and implement care strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient health and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Engage with patients and families to provide support and education.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
• Active Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), Crisis Prevention (CPI), MANDT, or TEAM training required.
