Job Description
A healthcare facility in Cameron, AZ is currently seeking a certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a contract position offering a hands-on anesthesiology role with diverse case types. This opportunity provides a collaborative environment with a confirmed call rotation and the autonomy of no supervision in anesthesia delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical cases including orthopedic, gastrointestinal (upper and lower), gynecological, and potential pediatric and obstetric cases.
• Participate in a confirmed call rotation that includes weeknight, weekend, and callback shifts with physician supervisor approval required for overtime.
• Utilize RPMS electronic medical records system to document patient care.
• Collaborate with other CRNAs and healthcare staff to ensure patient safety and quality anesthesia services.
• Adhere to standard government presentation protocols and facility guidelines.
• Support telemedicine applications onsite as required.
Qualifications:
• Active unrestricted RN license.
• Board Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 3 to 6 months of relevant clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with scheduled on-call responsibilities.
• No use of Anesthesia Assistants (AAs); direct provision of anesthesia required.
