RN: Cardiac Cath Lab in Parkersburg, WV

Cath Lab Registered Nurse Location Not specified Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 8-hour day shifts with required call nights and weekends. Shifts may stagger between 0700-1530, 0800-1630, and 0900-1730. Job Description The Cath Lab Registered Nurse will assist in providing care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures. Responsibilities include circulating, preparing patients, placing IVs, and managing sedation under the supervision of a physician. Responsibilities • Circulate and sedate patients during procedures. • Prepare patients and place IVs as needed. • Document patient care in the EPIC system. • Collaborate with RAD techs and physicians to ensure patient needs are met. • Maintain adherence to safety and hygiene protocols. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Minimum of 1 year of cath lab experience required. • Prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred. • Certifications: BLS and ACLS are required. • Current unexpired driver’s license required.
