POSITION SUMMARY – RN Case Manager POSITION DUTIES • * • * • * • * • * • * • * • * • MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS – • Current full, unrestricted AK RN • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 1 year case management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS – Bachelor’s degree; BLS; National Case Management certification LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – M-F (40hrs/wk) SYSTEMS – Meditech START DATE – 3/23/2026
