As a Manager of Clinical Operations, you will: • Lead & Support Clinical Excellence – Oversee assessments, care planning, and clinical services with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in assisted living and long-term care. Ensure accurate documentation and consistency in care delivery. • Supervise & Develop Clinical Staff – Hire, train, and coach nurses and care staff while fostering a high-performing, compassionate culture. Support ongoing education and provide leadership for daily direction, feedback, and problem-solving. • Build Strong Relationships Across Care Teams – Collaborate with Housing Administrators, Wellness Directors, Life Enhancement teams, and culinary leaders to ensure holistic, individualized support for every resident. • Promote Resident-Centered Living – Advocate for dignity, independence, and whole-person care by aligning clinical support with each resident’s personal preferences and goals. • Coordinate with Providers & Families – Work closely with families, community healthcare partners, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth transitions, open communication, and excellent clinical outcomes. • Other Duties as Assigned – The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all inclusive. This job also requires: • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota. • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire). • 2-3 years of RN experience preferred, ideally in assisted living or long-term care. • Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and critical thinking skills. • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. • Ability to pass state mandated background checks. • Physical capability to perform all essential job functions. • Ability to read, write, and speak English to ensure effective communication with team member, residents, and families.
