What youll be doing: • Make the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluate the patients nursing needs. • Meet Daily Productivity Standards. • Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions. • Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills. • Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. • Prepare clinical and progress notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner. Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm • Weekends as needed
