RN Case Manager - Workers Compensation in Indianapolis, IN

Registered Nurse Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation We are seeking a professional and self-directed Registered Nurse Case Manager to manage workers’ compensation cases throughout the Indianapolis area. This hybrid role offers remote work with scheduled local travel to medical appointments. Mileage reimbursement is provided. This position is ideal for an RN who excels in care coordination, communication, and independent case oversight, while maintaining a strong commitment to patient advocacy and return-to-work outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Manage workers’ compensation cases from injury through claim resolution • Coordinate care between injured workers, medical providers, employers, and claims partners • Travel locally attending medical appointments onsite as needed to support case progression • Communicate treatment plans, work restrictions, and return-to-work updates clearly and professionally • Maintain detailed, timely, and accurate case documentation Qualifications • Active and unrestricted RN license (required) • Must reside in the Indianapolis, IN area • Workers’ compensation case management experience preferred, but not required • Clinical background in Critical Care, Orthopedics, or Home Health strongly preferred • Spanish/English bilingual skills a plus • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills • Ability to work independently in a primarily remote environment What We Offer • Hybrid work structure (remote with local travel) • Competitive annual salary • Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO) • Mileage reimbursement for approved local travel • Bonus opportunity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
