Registered Nurse (RN)- Clinical Coordinator - Medical Unit POSITION TYPE: Registered Nurse (RN) SPECIALTY: Clinical Coordinator - Medical Unit LOCATION: Garden City, Kansas SHIFT: Nights JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent Schedule: 7pm- 7:30am Up to $8K Relocation Bonus! Job Description: We are in search of a professional Clinical Nurse Coordinator to assume responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit on his or her designated shifts. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit or department. Responsibilities: • Works with Administrators on developing optimal staffing and patient schedules. • Implements and ensures compliance with all organization standards, guidelines, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. • Works with the Facility Administrator to maintain chronological, thorough, and appropriate documentation in the patient record. • Assists the Facility Administrator with necessary Corrective Action Plan development, implementation and follow up as required. • Serves as a resource/subject matter expert for patient needs and issues, staff education and in-service sessions as necessary, working closely with the Educators.
