The Clinical Trainer will work closely with the Clinical Operations Management Team to ensure care and services are delivered effectively, consistently, and satisfactorily across our clinics. Duties & Responsibilities:Conducts frequent clinic visits to provide training for newly hired OR Circulators and OR SterilizersMonitors clinical skills and competence of OR Circulators/OR Sterilizers and provides timely and relevant feedback through ongoing coachingFacilitates and leads education and continuing professional development for OR Circulators/OR Sterilizers across our clinicsActs as a role model and expert clinical practitioner in the delivery of patient carePromotes a progressive attitude to the continual improvement of patient care through research and evidence-based clinical practiceUndertakes clinical duties as and when appropriate according to the demands of the business Supervisory Responsibilities:None Required Skills/Abilities:Strong leadership skills including change managementExcellent verbal and written communications skillsExceptional coaching skillsDetailed oriented, team player, and ability to adapt to various work environments Education and Experience:Bachelors or higher in business, healthcare or complementary degreeMinimum 1+ year experience in a Training Delivery position Physical Requirements:Prolonged periods of standing, bending and reaching low or overheadHigh-level visual and auditory acuity for timely response and patient care assessment activitiesMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, up to 20 lbs. frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. constantlyCategory I exposure to bloodborne pathogens; frequent exposure to chemical hazards; may encounter radiation hazards Travel Requirements:At least 50-75% local and out of state travel required
