Job Summary And Qualifications
Responsible for coordination of all initial and recurrent education for clinical flight crewmembers for MAMA. Participates in the collaboration, implementation, and development of recurrent continuing education for clinical crew members to achieve and maintain required competencies and accreditation. Participates in the development and implementation of Quality Management programs for the division. Assist the Air Medical service line leadership in the implementation of quality program and competency validation.
What qualifications you will need:
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA/BSN) or enroll in a Bachelor’s degree program or advanced degree program and obtain a Bachelor’s degree within 2 years of hire date into position.
• Three to five years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s Degree in nursing, business, or health related field preferred
• 4 years previous flight experience preferred
• Education/instructor experience preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Emergency Nurse Pediatric Cour, or PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt
• Advanced Provider Course ITLS, or Trauma Nursing Core Course
• (DL) Driver License
• (CEN) Certified Emergency Registered Nurse, or (CFRN) Certified Flight Registered Nurse
