Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.Start Date 01/05/2025 End Date 03/28/2025.This assignment will float between our Main and Arrowhead Locations: Main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85016 Arrowhead, 19007 N. 67th Avenue, Glendale, AZ 85308Days and Nights Available 7a 7p & 7p 7a Shift will be decided in the interview. Only RTO discussed in the interview will be pre-approved.Experience: 2 years experience as an RN in pediatric critical care. Level III or IV NICU hospital experience preferred. Children s hospital experience preferred.Education Requirements: Associate or bachelor s degree in nursing.Certification/License/Registry Requirements: Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
