Cardiothoracic Registered Nurse – Open Heart Operating Room Location Kingwood, TX Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Day Shift: 7A-3P with call coverage after 3P and weekend call. Job Description Join our dedicated team in the Open Heart Operating Room, where you will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiothoracic procedures. Our facility features 14 operating rooms, including one dedicated open heart room. Responsibilities • Caring for patients undergoing heart surgeries including CABG, valve replacements, and ECMO procedures. • Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care. • Adhering to safety protocols and best practices in the operating room. • Participating in on-call rotations as required. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Registered Nurse with experience in Cardiothoracic service line. • BLS and ACLS certifications are required. • Ability to float to other operating rooms as needed.
