*RN Educator For Homecare Agency* in Spring Valley, NY

White Glove Community Care is seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Homecare or education. RN Educator Job Summary: • Deliver educational programs for healthcare professionals • Conduct training sessions on patient care, medical documentation, and HIPAA regulations • Reports directly to Director of Nursing. • Works seamlessly with office staff to have aides activated and ready for duty. • Responsible for signing off on, orientation and policy forms for each nurse/aide and handing them to staff in timely manner. • Classes are completed using instructional material provided by Director of Education. • Nurse must use their own clinical experience to inspire the orientees to continue being skilled home health aides. • Position is for in classroom setting only. • Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective training RN Educator Requirements and Qualifications: • Current NYS RN Registered Nurse License • Excellent clear communication and time-management skills. • Adaptability and Flexibility to changes and all personalities is a plus. • Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office. • Experience in Homecare is required • Understanding of patient care principles • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals RN Educator Position Details: • Full Time; Monday-Friday *no weekends* • Office setting - Supportive team • ASAP Start/ Paid training RN Educator Position Benefits: • FREE HEALTH INSURANCE including Dental & Vision • Weekly pay -Direct deposit • Paid time off and vacation • Employee discounts "FIND A JOB YOU LOVE AND YOU WON'T WORK A DAY IN YOUR LIFE."
