Cabell Huntington Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Endoscopy unit. We are looking for dynamic professional applicants who value customer service and a team mentality. The Registered Professional Nurse is accountable for using the nursing process, delegating patient care tasks, supervision of other patient care staff, coordinating the care for a group of patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated. The Registered Professional Nurse is accountable for using the nursing process, delegating patient care tasks, supervision of other patient care staff, coordinating the care for a group of patients, and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated. The Endoscopy Registered Nurse is responsible for the excellent care of the patient pre-, intra and post-procedure during endoscopy and/or pulmonary procedures. He/she also provides circulating and/or scrub services in the Endoscopy room during Gastrointestinal and Pulmonary procedures and assists the endoscopy team as needed in any other capacities, according to established procedures. The shift will be determined by each hiring manager. The pay rate will be determined in accordance with the labor agreement.
