Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Emergency Department Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The nurse will be responsible for managing patient care in the emergency department, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Provide education to patients and their families.
• Document patient assessments and treatment plans accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI/SAMA, TNCC, NIHSS certifications.
• Must have a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility.
• Previous experience in an emergency department preferred.
