Registered Nurse – Emergency Room Location Southeast Colorado Assignment Duration This is a contract position for 8 weeks. Schedule 36 hours per week with potential for overtime; Night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM, 3 shifts per week. Job Description The Registered Nurse is accountable for coordinating and delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process. In the Emergency Room, the RN identifies patient needs and priorities through assessment, planning, delegating care, executing interventions, and evaluating patient responses to care. Responsibilities • Conduct ongoing assessments of patients’ physical and psychosocial conditions. • Develop patient care plans involving patient/family and the healthcare team. • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement and evaluate care plans. • Document care accurately and in a timely manner. • Provide patient education based on assessed learning needs. • Maintain professional relationships and communicate effectively with team members and families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Must possess a current Registered Nurse license and relevant clinical experience in emergency care settings. Why ARMStaffing?
