RN House Supervisor – Day Shift Location Grape Community Hospital, [City], [State] Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 12-hour day shifts with occasional hours on weekends when needed. Job Description The RN House Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing operations in both Med-Surg and ER departments. This role requires a hands-on supervisor who can effectively manage staff while providing high-quality patient care. Responsibilities • Actively supervise nursing staff in Med-Surg and ER units. • Ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures. • Lead and coordinate patient care activities. • Provide support and guidance to nursing staff as needed. • Participate in daily rounds and patient assessments. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure • Previous experience as a supervisor in a hospital setting. • Experience in Emergency Room (ER) operations. • Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC.
