What You Should Know About the RN Extended Hours - Individualized Care Role: • This is a Full-Time DRIVING position covering New Philadelphia and surrounding areas • Hours are 4p-12a one to three days a week, and 8a-8p every other weekend. Also include holiday requirements. • We provide superior care and superior services to patients at their end of life journey. Only those who have a heart for hospice will succeed The RN Individualized Care Essential Duties Are: We provide superior care for patients in families in homes/facilities. The LPN/RN will provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN. You will provide superior care to patients and their families. RN Individualized Care Qualifications: • Registered LPN or RN with the State of Ohio without any board actions. • One year of nursing experience preferred. • CPR Certified. • Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care. • Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime or inclement weather. • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record. • State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check • Must be able to pass a 10 screen drug panel Benefits & Perks: your health and happiness matters!
