Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical Float

3×12-Hour Night Shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
Job Description
The Medical-Surgical Float Pool Registered Nurse will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment caring for adult patients. The RN will float to various Med/Surg floors, ensuring high standards of care while adhering to appropriate patient ratios.
Responsibilities
• Float between Med/Surg units as needed.
• Provide care to adult patients with a patient ratio of 1:6.
• Monitor patients and respond to emergencies, including using Rapid Response/Code teams.
• Administer oxygen and medications as required.
• Perform IV therapy, including starting and maintaining IVs.
• Implement isolation precautions when necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Valid South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact State RN License.
• Current BLS certification.
