Position Overview TargetCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Health & Wellness Coach to join our team in the Greenville and Simpsonville, SC areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about helping others live healthier, happier lives. • Hours: 25-30 hours/month with additional hours available in December and March (weekdays only) • Other Additional Hours: May be available for candidates willing to travel to other TargetCare locations throughout the U.S. Responsibilities • Provide one-on-one health coaching sessions focused on wellness and chronic disease prevention • Represent TargetCare at biometric screenings • Support participants in making sustainable lifestyle changes related to nutrition, physical activity, and stress management • Promote a positive and engaging health culture in the workplace • Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards Qualifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina, in good standing • Strong passion for health, wellness, and preventive care • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Professional RN liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) • Previous coaching or wellness experience preferred, but not required Why Join TargetCare?
