Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
• Current and active RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a home health RN.
• Proven experience with OASIS documentation is required.
• Strong preference for proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase software.
• Ability to maintain a full-time structured schedule involving daily patient visits.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between patient homes.
