Responsibilities for Home Health RN (Registered Nurse): • Delivers skilled nursing care in accordance with MD/FNP/PA orders in the home environment. • Utilizes the Electronic Medical Record to document all care provided. • Reports changes in patient condition to MD/FNP/PA and prepares orders to reflect these changes. • Participates in staff meetings, in-service programs and patient care conferences. • Participates in the on-call rotation. • All other duties as assigned. Education & Experience RN (Registered Nurse): • Current RN license to practice in the state of Tennessee. • Valid TN driver’s license, current liability insurance and reliable transportation. • Current CPR certification required.
