Job Description
Requirements:
Must have 2+ years of Home health or hospice experience.
OASIS and EPIC system experience.
Knox county case management.
Preferred Skillset/Experience: IV therapy, tube feeds, VAC dressings, compression wraps, port access, ostomies, chest tubes, S/p catheters, lad draw etc.
Contract Duration: 26+ weeks
Travel Pay: $3,000 to $3,200/weekly gross
