Responsible for the daily operations and oversight of the care delivered to home health and or hospice patients. This position is responsible for the clinical, financial, and administrative management of the provision of home health and or hospice services, including quality management, staff development, and coordination of care with providers, patients, and external customers. Ensures optimal outcomes with employee engagement, patient satisfaction, quality, safety, stewardship, and access to Home Health and or Hospice services. Qualifications In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following: BSN (Required) Registered Nurse License Basic Life Support Driver's License Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly. We are excited to offer this RN Hospice Manager due to expansion. This role will work Monday through Friday with some on call shifts at the Corporate Mineral office. All candidates must have hospice experience.
