Job Description

The Rapid Response Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing critical care in a high-paced environment, ensuring patient safety and delivering exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients.

Responsibilities
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using advanced technology and equipment.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• NIHSS certification.
• Experience in critical care nursing preferred.
• Active nursing license in the state of practice.
