RN – ICU (Nights) Location: Russellville, AL | Schedule: Full-Time, Nights Job Summary The ICU Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced critical care environment. This role assesses, plans, and delivers complex patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and care for critically ill patients and manage life-support equipment • Perform patient assessments and administer IV medications and therapies • Respond to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record • Follow hospital policies and patient safety standards Qualifications • Current Alabama RN license • BLS and ACLS required (PALS preferred if applicable) • 1+ year acute or critical care experience preferred (new grads considered) Why Join Russellville Hospital?
