This role involves taking a leadership position in patient care using the nursing process and adhering to the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Scope & Standards of Practice. You'll be responsible for delegating responsibilities, guiding a team of licensed and support members, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes while honoring the diverse backgrounds of our patients.
