Job Title: RN Inpatient Specialty: Emergency Room Nursing Site: Cass Lake Service Unit – Cass Lake, Minnesota (IHS) Location: 425 7th St NW, Cass Lake, MN 56633 Duration: 6 months contract Shift Schedule • 36 hours per week guaranteed (must be willing to work up to 40 hours/week) • Rotational Days and Nights • Rotational Weekends required How Many Shifts Needed per Month: Approximately 12–14 shifts per month Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6–8 weeks License • Active, unrestricted RN license (any U.S. state accepted) Certifications • BLS (AHA) • ACLS • PALS Experience Needed • Minimum 2–3 years of recent inpatient or acute care experience Special Skills Needed • Strong patient assessment and care planning skills • Experience with medication administration and monitoring • Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting • Effective communication and documentation skills Responsibilities Provide direct patient care to inpatient population including assessments, medication administration, monitoring, documentation, and coordination of care. Ensure patient safety and collaborate with the healthcare team to support quality outcomes.
