Registered Nurse – Clinical Position

Schedule

AM shift, 8 hours. Call required on a rotating basis, with possible location changes based on patient care needs.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will assess, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN is required to be knowledgeable about the principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN collaborates with patients, their families, professional peers, and other healthcare team members to provide individualized patient care.

Responsibilities
• Assess patient care needs and develop care plans accordingly.
• Implement and evaluate patient care as directed by the physician.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure quality care.
• Direct nursing support staff in the provision of patient care.
• Adhere to administrative and departmental policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty preferred.
• Must possess a valid PA Registered Nurse License.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
