Responsibilities:

The assessment of patient requirements and their medical state is vital to providing nursing care on the assigned unit, guaranteeing that each patient's care is customized and appropriate.

Personalizes nursing care plans by carefully analyzing patient data, including medical history and diagnostic reports, to provide optimal care.

Executes nursing techniques, such as prescriptions administration and treatment facilitation for complete patient wellness.

Conducts a comprehensive examination of medical records to ensure compliance with regulations set by the industry and organization.

Assesses how patients react to interventions and determines whether further interventions are necessary to achieve their care objectives.

Engages with a team of healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

Required:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing

Preferred:
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

EXPERIENCE:

Required:
• 1 year as a Registered Nurse

Preferred:
• 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED

Required:

Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state

BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
