• Number of Beds : 9
• Patient Ratios : 1:3PP and 1:1 active labor pt
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Core is 2 RNs, tech in house if labor pt on the floor or if we have more than 2 PP couplets
• Type of equipment : Fetal Heart monitoring
• Documentation system: CPN and Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: FT 3 shifts a week
• Floating policy: none
• Patient Experience requirements: at least 2 years in labor and delivery. Completed fetal monitoring course

Requested Skill Set:
Must have : Fetal monitoring experience and ability to circulate for a c/s and NRP and has experience on a LDRP unit.
Advanced skills needed: ACLS
Procedures performed on unit: labor and delivery, PP care, Newborn resuscitation and stabilization, Ultrasound, Versions, Foley bulb inductions, GYN Hysterectomy patients
Certifications Required: STABLE, NRP, BLS
Dress Code : (Required uniform)
• Scrubs provided on the unit
