Labor and Delivery Nurse Location Springfield, TN Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule 07:00 – 19:00 Job Description We are seeking a qualified Labor and Delivery Nurse with Level 2 experience and postpartum expertise. Responsibilities • Monitor and assess patients in labor and delivery. • Perform procedures such as lumbar punctures and medication administration through IV. • Assist Nurse Practitioners with various medical procedures. • Provide care for preterm babies, managing NAS and low blood sugar conditions. • Implement advanced skills including IV initiation, phototherapy, and tube feeding. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Candidates must possess: • More than 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery, with Level 2 experience. • Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE.
