Description $3,000 HIRING BONUS! Fairway View Neighborhoods Long Term Care seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to work direct patient care in many capacities – observing, assessing, passing medications, and documenting information relating to the residents. Duties Include: • Makes regular rounds observing resident condition, vital signs, assessing findings, planning resident nursing care, and recording pertinent information • Accurate administration of medication and treatment as prescribed by physician. Assists physician during rounds in absence of Care Coordinator to facilitate communication. • Instructs residents on their treatments and medication to promote resident understanding and continuity of care. • Provides necessary support to LPN’s and CNA’s to ensure they are able to perform their work. Supervises the care by LPNs and CNAs to residents. • Serves as a role model for other nursing personnel. Hours and Pay: • Part Time (32-56 Hours per 2 week pay period) or Full Time (60-72 hours per 2 week pay period) • Evening (2pm - 10:30pm) or Overnight (10:15pm - 6:15am) shifts available • Works every 3rd weekend, with 1 holiday rotation per year • Eligible for evening ($1.50) and night ($3.00) shift differentials • Healthcare insurance (medical, dental, vision, HSA with employer match) • Paid Time Off • Retirement with employer match • Education Assistance and Loan Forgiveness program • Must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) in MN.
