RN LPN Nurse Evening Supervisor in Boston, MA

St. Joseph Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is looking for a full-time, RN LPN Nurse Evening Supervisor to join our team. Some of the Job Responsibilities of the RN LPN Nurse Evening Supervisor • Serves as a clinical leader for the 3 pm-11pm shift. • Clinical resource who assists and coaches the staff using the nursing process. • Helps guide the staff to make sound clinical decisions. • Ensures the facilities policy, procedures and protocols are followed. • Assists with the admission process. • Helps staff respond timely in an emergency. • Conducts rounds to ensure residents are receiving quality care. • Communicates and assists families and visitors.
