Job Description Job Description Description : Per Diem Positions Available RN / LPN RN : $34 to $39.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience. LPN : $30 to $35.40 per hour base rate, depending on experience. Flexible Scheduling : Supportive of work / life balance with flexible shifts and scheduling. • Job Responsibilities; • Comprehensive Care : Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations. • Care Coordination : Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed. • Supervision : Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
