Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long Term Care Unit, which currently has a census of 23 patients and a total of 35 beds. This position requires a dedicated nurse capable of providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Long Term Care environment.
• Monitor patient health and implement care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
• Document patient progress and any changes in condition accurately.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and care options.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
• Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• Experience in Long Term Care preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
