A Registered Nurse (RN) role is available for a 3x12 hour night shift on a Medical Surgical unit in Aberdeen, ID. This contract position offers an opportunity to provide critical patient care utilizing your clinical expertise within a diverse patient population and dynamic healthcare setting. The shift schedule is 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, allowing for focused patient care during nighttime hours. Qualifications and Desired Experience: • Active RN license in Idaho • Minimum of 2 years Medical-Surgical nursing experience • BLS certification required; ACLS within 12 months of hire • Proficiency with Epic electronic medical record system • Previous travel nursing experience preferred • Competency to float to other units as needed • Ability to manage patient ratios approximately 1:6 • Strong clinical judgment in caring for a broad range of patient diagnoses, including sepsis, respiratory failure, trauma, cardiac conditions, and more Location Overview: Aberdeen, Idaho, provides a welcoming community atmosphere with a balance of small-town charm and access to healthcare resources.
