Schedule:
• Weeknight shifts
• 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients during night hours
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care
• Advocate for patient needs and ensure their comfort and safety

Qualifications/Desired Experience:
• Valid RN licensure with current credentials
• Proven experience in nursing practice, particularly in night shift roles
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
