Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
• Collect and analyze health data to evaluate patient health status.
• Provide patient education through health teaching and counseling.
• Deliver supportive and restorative therapy and treatment directly or via consultation and supervision.
• Perform delegated medical functions and refer patients for further evaluation as needed.
• Review and monitor treatment plans to ensure efficacy and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation aligned with hospital and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to effectively use healthcare resources.
• Uphold organizational mission, vision, values, and service behavior standards.
• May float to other units within nursing scope and be placed on-call as business demands dictate.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with relevant clinical experience.
• Ability to perform independent nursing assessments, planning, and interventions.
• Strong knowledge of delegated medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Adaptability to work across different departments and handle on-call responsibilities.
