A 12-hour night shift registered nurse position is available in a critical access hospital setting, emphasizing collaboration between Emergency and Medical-Surgical units. This role requires comfort and skill in handling the demands of both departments to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care to patients on the Medical-Surgical unit during night shifts
• Collaborate effectively with Emergency Department staff to manage patient flow and care continuity
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and document care accurately
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care support as needed
• Uphold hospital policies and maintain a safe, compassionate environment for patients and families

Qualifications / Desired Experience:
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with Medical-Surgical experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced critical access hospital setting
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule/Hours:
• Night shifts, 12 hours per shift
• 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
• 36 hours per week
